Longwood

Client: Weiss/Manfredi
Studio: Brooklyn Digital Foundry
Title: Longwood Gardens
Scope: 19 Images
Date: 2022

The Project:

We worked with Weiss/Manfredi, Reed Hilderbrand, and Longwood Gardens to produce a series of high-fidelity images during the construction of their new conservatory. Due to the focus on specific planting, we paid special attention to sourcing accurate models of all vegetation, in many cases creating the assets from scratch. With feedback from Longwood's landscaping team, we also re-decorated the entire space for a series of Christmas images, making sure to hit the level of showmanship and drama that Longwood is known for.

My Role:

The scope of this project demanded a large team, I was one of several production artists on this and was responsible for lighting, entourage, and post production of the images included here. I worked with the rest of the team to produce plant assets, shaders, and curate the overall landscaping of the conservatory. I also was responsible for re-decorating the entire space for the Christmas event, working closely with Longwood's design team to capture the feeling of one of their seasonal events.
